Publisher's Synopsis
On Halloween night, when the monsters come out, Dracula's worried they'll cause havoc to the town. He's come up with a plan to keep them in line, by having them walk past the children in a parade. They can snare and growl by stay clean and be kind, so no one is hurt, but have fun. Then, when the monsters are done, the children can run off to a night of trick or treating.
