In 2010, the Museo de Arte Contemporâaneo of Oaxaca and the Editorial Almadâia celebrated seventy years of painter Francisco Toledo publishing in complicity a collection of poems written around the work and person of the artist and selected by Ernesto Lumbreras and Efraâin Velazco. In addition to being festive, this edition solved the gap that the publication had left Toledo: la lâinea metafâorica-, by Miguel Flores Ramâirez In 1998. Of modest circulation and currently converted into a bibliographic rarity, this edition began to gather the works of poets seduced by the eroticized territory of the painter. But the fascination and amazement provoked by the magnetic aura of this Juchiteco did not diminish in strength, and in the following years it continued to attract literati from all latitudes and translations, paying to the first list a diverse multitude.
