There is a special bond between a child and his/her dog. Gus and Mutt have found that bond. They love hanging out to- gether and doing things. When they get muddy and need a bath, Gus attempts to give resistant Mutt a tub bath, but Gus is the one who gets wet. This picture book will delight any child, but it is also an easy reader which contains short "Uu" words that are easily decipherable. There are a few sight words as well.
