A quality management system (QMS) can be expressed as the organizational structure or processes, procedures and resources needed to implement quality management. Such a system plays an important role in the sustainable training and certification of non-destructive testing (NDT), resulting in better management, technical competence, worldwide recognition and harmonization and competitiveness.
