Samuel Walker settled into his first-class seat for his flight from New York to London. At 6'4" tall, sitting in the coach section for the six-hour crossing would have been torture. The computer wouldn't turn on. He tried all the tricks to make it work but it just sat there-screen blank, lights dark.
