Through the use of mind-control technology (Gray Technology), Muhammad Saif IL has come into power and created the United Sumerian League, a collection of ruthless despots handpicked by Saif to rule over conquered territories and to force his religious beliefs onto others. Their gray soldiers remain unbeatable on land and have taken over the Middle East, Europe, most of Africa, and parts of western Russia.
