Grandma Leola is the embodiment of the quintessential perfect love and silent wisdom of our elders, our Grandparents, in majestic form and deed. When we think of the Grandmother, traditionally defined, we think of understanding, calm, hugs, love, pride, and home cooked comfort. We think of a gentle blowing on a freshly wounded knee. We think of a warm compress on a fevered brow. We think of a bubble bath with a floating ducky cleaning off the grime of the day.
