Its demolition of people's lives is of epic proportions. Gossip leaves a wide trail as it ploughs down its victims like a bulldozer. Its destructive aftermath is so severe that it can have generational ramifications. Nothing in history, other than perhaps religion, can be attributed to causing such massive damage to people's lives, a family name, relationships, and society at-large.
