You can achieve happiness in many different ways: 1. By doing things for others: When we perform any act of kindness, it multiplies in our heart and creates a wave that radiates outwards and benefits other people as well as ourselves. 2. By taking care of your physical and mental wellness: Happiness needs a strong edifice to live in. You need to be your own best friend before you can spread happiness in the world. 3. By working steadily and finding meaning in your work: A large part of our waking hours are spent in working hard and earning our daily bread. We must find small or large things at work that make us happy; this will make sure that our stress levels go down, and will automatically create happiness.
