Africa is paying a heavy price, with shipwrecks in the Mediterranean confirming the slogan of the free movement of people. In the face of these obvious signs that pre-globalization is equivalent to post-globalization, the latter is confirmed as a great disillusion. Customs barriers, residence visas and selective industrial relocation accentuate this disillusionment.
