This small work, the publication of which has been limited to one hundred copies, consists of the genealogy of the families named on the title page arranged in biographical form. It is to be regretted that limit of space has compelled the omission of much that might have been of interest, more especially in reference to the numerous country seats and houses in the Counties Of Westmorland and Lancashire, with which the families of Carus and Wilson have from time to.
