Publisher's Synopsis

The 'Gardens of Delight' brochure promises visits to beautiful gardens in the Lake Como area of Italy. Lucy Gray, assistant manager at Meadowlands Garden Centre, has more than one interest in visiting Italy. Her father lives in Lake Como and the last time she saw him she was a teenager. Helen Madison-Tyler and her husband have moved into the Old Rectory. Helen works hard to care for the garden but, needing help, she joins the Garden Club. Conrad Truman's life revolves around humouring Mac, his curmudgeonly uncle. Mac wants his nephew to accompany him on the 'Gardens of Delight' tour. Although Conrad isn't remotely interested in gardening, for a peaceful life, he agrees. But a peaceful life is the last thing any of them are in for.
