You're an adventurer hired by the terrified townsfolk of Pigginmud to recover a fabled magical goblet. This goblet is the only hope of defeating the tyrannical Bone Baron and the Skeleton Horde who will reach the defenceless village in a day's time to murder and pillage.
Legend claims that the goblet lies at the heart of the swamp inside the Cave of Nak, where one must overcome challenges of skill, strength and wit.
And if you survive those, the goblet is also protected by a final magical trap of deadly artifice. Your only companion is a pompous and somewhat risk-averse dwarf scholar of unshakeable conviction and abundant advice.
You set off at noon. And time is running out.
