Publisher's Synopsis
Function of Reason is a collection of poems whose use is to correlate with your mind to discover associations of thoughts. Personally, my primary reason of writing this book was to compare my beliefs and feelings to ascertain reason for my misunderstanding of life in a pathological way. The reason arisen come as a physical compulsion activated to act on by my inquiries. For instance, thinking about my limits on the content of this manuscript enlightened me to be creative and an effort was made to make it interesting. There was a duty to create something that others would see my worth by, which would instill value in me for the effort. As I was writing, the instinct to form corresponding function with the unknown caused concepts of my character to surface in my mind. Paranoid delusions such as, "Who am I really?" was clarified by associating fear of being sick with, for instance, the logic of function and design of intelligence created by fate that compensates for the psychosis. The need I have to express myself in a satisfactory way so that others will think I am o.k. with them mentally is a constant quest. I try to find my purpose in life by computing the comparison of you and me to develop beliefs as I try to resolve the unknowns generated by suspicions because of a lack of trust. Because I believe there is evil in this world, I think you have to realize them and process them with your instincts to quantify them in order to reach the rational conclusion that reality upholds. Every five poems have a "My interpretation" followed by a sixth one that is a longer stand alone that you might induce your own interpretation. Being natural seems simply enough but using logic to compare belief with feelings to extrapolate meanings expressed with the words that associate sensibly to ones environment was a challenge. Compiling understanding of your relationship with information and what you must do to supplement the attained belief to please those giving the directives requires respect and discipline for authority. The standards I uphold were intuitively applied to the poems to reinforce my nature as with everything else that is involved in my life, such as my relationships with others. I don't believe there is only one right way to do things, but two ways because of the two genders in life, male and female. Limiting the function to one time is a restriction of the flow of the psyche to one way instead of two, which stifles the question that creates growth. As I wrote the manuscript I remained mentally composed with rules that is not ment to be changed because the physical is so controlling to my feelings and caused my limits to be sensed which contained my imaginations for actions. Yes, there is a need to do more than what I learned is possible with the material world and maybe you could sense that in the poems - a sense to go beyond. We all know that when there is an end, there is still more to do. At lease this understanding is in my subconscious. I'm hoping my big words are not hard to understand. Faults in this document is due to intelligence that intelligence does not want to rectify because it does not want to change for my sake. Now enough of my psychosis, for those of us that have mental illness, let's make it worth something
