Sir: In accordance with the provisions of section 111, Revised Codes of North Dakota, I have the honor to submit to you the follow ing report, being the fourth annual report of this department, giving a summary of the receipts and disbursements, on account of the several funds, for the year ending October 31, 1906.
I also give a statement of the balances in the several funds, and a list of the state depositaries where the funds are deposited.
