Olivera Olja Jelkic, a children's writer by nationality, has been writing and publishing for 25 years. She has published more than 20 novels so far. She has been a member of the European Academy of Sciences, Arts and Literature in Paris, since 2018. She is the winner of the "Golden Badge" of the Cultural and Educational Association of Serbia, for her contribution to culture and the promotion of culture and books. She is a honorary Doctor of Science of Slobomir P University; Conceptual creator and owner of the project "Little Free Libraries". The novel "Ludwig" deals with a true detail from the life of Ludwig van Beethoven, when he was 18 years old, where he deals with his first love.
