Philippine copra and coconut oil exports in the first 3 months of the year were long tons, oil basis. This represents a decline of one-third from exports in the first quarter of 1958.
Copra exports in january-march were less than two-thirds the volume shipped in the first 3 months of 1958. Coconut oil shipments for the same period were down one-fifth. Exports of desiccated coconut in January March were short tons, against tons in the comparable period last year.
