Publisher's Synopsis
Foley the Freckled Fox is a journey of acceptance and exploration. Foley tries to make sense of a complicated world. During his journey he encounters animals that teach him lessons in understanding and acceptance. He uses his knowledge as confidence to explore the forest and interact with its different inhabitants, sharing the lesson he has learnt. During his adventure, Foley meets different animals that challenge his newfound knowledge. Foley teaches kids that you cannot change some people's mindsets, but you can always leave a positive impression. This book teaches children that we are all different in some shape or form, it is not our differences that define us but our ability to learn and understand what makes each person special. It allows children to imagine the possibility of a world where differences are accepted, and people can look past the physical characteristics of a person and get to know them for who they are.
