This is one presentation of Modern Arnis. The MA80 System Arnis/Eskrima is the brainchild of Prof. Dan Anderson, known in the karate circles as "Super Dan." Anderson has taken his 58 years experience in the martial arts (45 of them in modern Arnis) and has constructed a teaching platform in which a beginning student is taught how to Flow on the first lesson. This information is now contained in this book. A special feature of this book is that is it a Visual-Reader edition.
