When Spartans used to train their citizen, almost every citizen persuaded as soldier of nation, their adamant attitude towards physical fitness no doubt, brought plenty of vigor men, almost, a well disciplined robust and healthy army with the aim to clinch the title and land from world. They did because their certain tough schedule which every soldier have to follow from their youngest age when they got recruited for the cause of national identity. Even sometimes they were ignoring the law of God and punish new born baby identify as a weak and had no reason to live, by putting them on rock and left for waiting and painful death. No doubt, they clinched the title of world winner for sometimes as they were being afraid that "nobody can rule the Spartans". Perhaps it was blander mistake on the side of Spartans as they were focusing only on physical and motor fitness and not on functional fitness. Physical and motor fitness are somehow related to body, functional fitness raise the alarm of mind to discover the new approach, intensity to given task or work. R. Cassidy defined meaning of functional fitness via mental fitness. The line of his definition 'experiences centered in motor activity' stated that as individual show his action and attitude, it is due to experiences which he has adapted due to alike life or training experiences; it means whatever one's mind uploaded with (experiences), the follow-through action shall be near about to same as physical education and its history
tells about the complementary basis of mind- body duo. The interrelation of mind and body should not be ignored and supremacy of mind can't be lower down above body. Even Plato hinted at dose body-mind relationship and advocated adequate daily dose of physical activity to strengthen this relationship so that the development of human personality is harmonious. The one of several objectives of physical education is neuro-muscular development i.e. developing general motor ability, rhythm of movements and grace, specific skill of games and sports. The motor development objectives are concerned with making physical movement useful with as little expenditure of energy as possible.
