Inspired by my 4-year-old son, Oliver, and his friend Finlee from preschool, this story holds a special place in my heart. One day, Oliver came home fascinated by Finlee's new purple glasses, and I couldn't help but imagine a little fish who needed glasses to see her world clearly. And so, Finlee's adventure was born!
A fun and memorable moment that inspired this tale was when Finlee told her mom she had "married" Oliver at school and kissed him before enjoying her pickle at lunch. The innocence and charm of preschool friendships truly brought this story to life.
