Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Findland's Claim to Independence
Some divisions or subdivisions of the subject are treated at great length-- but under the conviction that each point so discussed contributes to the conclusions. The brevity of some divisions is partly due to haste in preparation and partly to the Opinion that elaborate treatment was not desirable, or at least was not necessary.
Time has not permitted the rereading of the text for the correction of typographical and similar errors.
