As the sakura petals fall in Soramori, Ian MacKay no longer wonders if coming to Japan for his last year of high school was a mistake. He's sure it was. As he sinks deeper and deeper into his new life, his subconscious mind begins sending Ian disturbing and confusing messages. Still, even with all of the unwanted attention at school from his admirers and his enemies, the inviting world created by his friends and his host family makes it difficult to consider leaving.
