Publisher's Synopsis
Poetry. Allen Ginsberg wrote that Peter Money is prolific coming from all directions. If this is still true, years after Ginsberg's observation, it could be because Peter Money believes the subjects of his poems themselves range through lyric and narrative embodiment (a mode more accepted by musicians, especially since the 1960s). We sit beneath the cherry trees/ & draw lines on our faces/ using blades of grass/ smiling/ flossing teeth with grass/ tickling gums with grass/ promising to come back tomorrow (Revolutionaries)
