The work reported in this Bulletin was carried out under the direction of the Field Pathologist in two field laboratories of the Pennsylvania Chestnut Tree Blight Commission during the grow ing season of 1912. One of these laboratories was located at Charter Oak, Huntingdon County; the other was at Mt. Gretna, Lebanon, County.
