This book introduces the Concept of Fermion Groups of spin Elements based on relationships to Fibonacci Squares, these spin Elements of each Cycling through sequences of spin states with one spin state having to remain unoccupied. This book also examines Nuclear Behaviour based on derived corollories between electronic structures of Atoms and corresponding nuclear structures.
