When detective Paul Jourdain investigates a pair of brutal murders, his finance is abducted, brainwashed and genetically altered to become a surrogate mother by a deranged physician who assumed the identity of his twin brother as the department head of Obstetrics and Gynecology in a major metropolitan hospital.
