Sergeant Vic Holland and his wife Natalie live a happy family life in Canada with two young children and more on the way. Vic works for the Canadian police force (RCMP) and is shocked to discover that his father-in-law Frank Jardine, a former inspector in the RCMP, is linked to a series of crimes back in England. Vic returns to his old beat to gather evidence, but he uncovers more than he was bargaining for. Someone is plotting revenge on several individuals, including Vic's family back in Pine Creek Falls. But who is making these attacks and how is Vic connected to all of this? Vic must return to Canada in a race against time to save not only his own life but the lives of his family too.
