She is a visiting professor to a few Theological Faculties and Formation Houses and conducts seminars, orientation programs and retreats regularly for teachers and young people. She is a freelance writer and contributes articles for various journals in India and abroad. Her first book "Dream Big Dream True" published by Better Yourself Books, sold more than 10,000 copies within a short span of two years.
