Faith Driven Leadership: God's Blueprint for World Class Business will be a roller coaster on faith, leadership, and business! Together, we're going to climb mountains, traverse desolation, and move at the speed of light. Every once in a while, we will come to a screeching halt. The importance of faith-driven leadership requires that we stop. And think. Together, we will negotiate through the what and the why initially, but most of our time is on the how, of both faith-driven leadership and world-class business. If it is not obvious from the title, our exploration will consistently intersect those concepts. To me, faith, leadership, and business are as inseparable as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!There should never be a faith-driven leader who does not manage his or her operation, region, department, or team at a world-class level.
The qualitative partnership of faith and leadership, the quantitative KPIs for world-class business, married with God's favorite KPIs, will be codified as well. In doing so, how to execute on these concepts will be revealed. Contracting our viewpoint to the most personal level, we will unpack scripture and God's blueprint for world-class decision-making.
