Phebe and her group escape to Historic Charleston, SC on the Molly after the refugee island burns. But there's no sign of Peter and the guys for days. The deserted city turns out to have some survivors. Some good. Some wicked. As the group works to settle down for the long haul and heal from their heavy losses, new enemies arise, causing tribal warfare. The morality of the Before is a detriment.
