The Bible is revealing a journey undertaken by a group of fallen angels with a particular purpose, especially that of exploring through spiritual research involving the people of the earth. In other words, Satan himself sent out groups or squads of fallen angels to patrol their districts, regions, states, countries, and continents; therefore, the whole earth. Moreover, he instructs his legions of fallen angels to examine every sphere or spiritual realm that encompasses their dimensions. What Satan is describing is an evaluation of his kingdom and its influence of authority over the earth.
