Publisher's Synopsis
Just as the first book of the Bible, Genesis, is called the Book of Beginnings, the second book, Exodus, is known as the Book of Redemption. The name Exodus comes from the Greek translation of the Old Testament and it means "way out." The book's central theme is deliverance! It's the deliverance or "way out" of Israel from bondage in Egypt. God sent Moses to deliver Israel from Egypt. God sent Jesus Christ to deliver the world from sin. We all need deliverance! And it has been given. God always makes a way out!
