He is perturbed that the birds of the air are embarking on a trip to visit the owner of the skies. The journey would be taking several days. Now Tortoise is so adamant about following these birds. What is he likely going to do? He decides to bribe his way through. Despite that he has no money, he goes ahead to steal. Notwithstanding all they have done to prevent his moves he succeeds and is eventually selected to represent the beasts of the land. Unfortunately, he travels to the skies to cheat the birds. And he returns disgraced with a broken shell.
