This was one of the first books to cover outcome measurement - indeed it predated the term! - and is now fully updated and expanded with a number of new contributors lending their specific expertises. Carding is widely known around the world and is currently teaching in Australia, having previousy been head of voice in the UK at Newcastle's Freeman Hospital and University Medical School.
