The desire to present in a permanent form the convictions of the writer touching this subject, in the hope that they may help some hungry heart even after the writer has gone to his reward; and the burning desire to help hungry souls into the blessed experience of entire sanctification, is the only, and we trust, sufficient excuse for the publishing of this volume . . . .
