Publisher's Synopsis
Jenny is the director of a London publishing company, a self-contained, independent and successful woman. She is completely unprepared for the exciting adventure she embarks on when she meets the handsome Marc at a party, and impulsively accompanies him to his family home in France. The setting is perfect, the sex fantastic . . . It seems like the beginning of something amazing, even if Marc seems to be nursing secrets. Then, on the way home from a perfect evening, in the middle of the French countryside, he simply vanishes.
Jenny can only return to England alone. But she cannot stop thinking of Marc and soon she is obsessed with his disappearance. Where is he and why did he abandon her? Soon Jenny is on a dangerous trail that will lead her towards a terrifying revelation.
