This is a British English version of the American English series "Parade". The course is activity based, with a sense of rapid progression. Level One features a rich vocabulary syllabus, whilst Levels Two to Four feature a language syllabus.;Each unit in the students' books is based on a theme of high interest to children. A wide variety of pictures, stories, poems, chants, songs, articles, exercises, games and projects stimulate communication, keep motivation high, and provide structure and vocabulary practice. At each level, a cartoon "mascot" appears, guiding the student through the material. In addition, each unit ends with an activity for oral assessment and a page of written assessment. Cut-out pages for many different projects and games are also included.
