Daniel Cajmere is the greatest DJ of his generation. A coruscating Detroit techno mixmaster, his abilities on the decks are only matched by his hubris and hedonism away from them. The year is 1993 and Cajmere signs a multimillion pound recording contract. Shortly afterwards he meets an amazing girl who works in a record shop. But do his lifestyle and his arrogance mean that this new relationship is doomed right from the very beginning?
