Publisher's Synopsis
"Electronic Devices and Components" is a course which covers all three years of undergraduate studies in electrical and electronic engineering and applied physics. It aims to include the whole range of semiconductor devices from the p-n junction to microwave and power transistors and also contains computer simulations of semiconductor devices using SPICE programs, as well as details on optoelectronics and optical fibre communications. Worked examples and points to remember give practice in exam technique and aid revision. An ELBS/LPBB edition is available.
