"Electronic Devices and Components" is a course which covers all three years of undergraduate studies in electrical and electronic engineering and applied physics. It aims to include the whole range of semiconductor devices from the p-n junction to microwave and power transistors and also contains computer simulations of semiconductor devices using SPICE programs, as well as details on optoelectronics and optical fibre communications.
