Nowadays, life has become longer and there are many prejudices and stereotypes regarding the elderly. Among other aspects, it is difficult for them to restructure their identity, they suffer discrimination, violence, social marginalization, ingratitude and difficulties due to scarce economic resources. This work includes two papers, one on the right to personal identity and the other on the right to work.
