Elaine had a duty to fulfill. After losing her parents, the role of being the Head Wizard, protector of the Portal of Time, and commander of the Gargoyle Guard, had fallen on her shoulders. However, she was too young and had yet to accept her full responsibilities. After all, Elaine was just a girl at merely 17. But soon, that would all change. Her 18th birthday was coming up, and it was a tradition to get married after the celebration.

She was never supposed to enter the Portal of Time. She knew that human life was vastly different from hers and that she should never interfere with their lives. But... what if?
