The book looks at ETA s communication, marketing, and recruitment strategy, detailing its evolution from a purely militant group to its diversification into the social and political spheres. Special attention is paid to the message the group has traditionally attempted to disseminate, the media apparatus it has used to spread that message, the recruitment campaigns it has carried out to attract new members, and the decision making that informed the resolution to give up the armed struggle.
