El CCL aniversario del nacimiento de uno de los genios musicales más grandes de la historia "Ludwig van Beethoven" (1770-2020) bien merece, por mi parte-como músico, director de orquesta y estudioso de su vida y obra-un humilde y sentido homenaje.La presente Obra nace con el ánimo de ser un libro de lectura y de consulta permanente, por la cantidad ingente de datos y reflexiones que atesora para todos aquellos directores de orquesta, estudiantes de dirección, músicos en general, opositores, melómanos, estudiantes de psicología, filosofía y amantes de la música, que les interese profundizar en el noble arte de la dirección musical. En él, podrán encontrar una serie de contenidos que considero vitales, para la formación del futuro director musical. Argumentando, desde mi propia experiencia y de forma concienzuda, todos aquellos aspectos que considero trascendentales para la formación del intérprete que se sube al podio a dirigir el "único instrumento vivo que existe": la orquesta, u otras agrupaciones o manifestaciones musicales-de conjunto-que necesite la presencia de un líder como: bandas, coros etc. Por este motivo, un profundo recorrido desde el nacimiento de la Fenomenología, pasando por Edmund Husserl (1859-1938), hasta llegar a la figura del Maestro Sergiu Celibidache (1912-1996), con su correspondiente ramificación en las generaciones posteriores, hasta la actualidad; y su influencia, vital, sobre mi manera de entender la dirección de orquesta, hace de este libro un documento importante, a tener en cuenta, para meditar y reflexionar sobre la multitud de cuestiones que en él se describen. Por otro lado, destacar la importancia del sinfonismo beethoveniano y su correspondiente estudio; como eje vertebrador que clausura la Primera Escuela de Viena formada por Haydn (1732-1809), Mozart (1756-1791) y Beethoven (1770-1827), su herencia previa, y cómo prepara el sinfonismo romántico venidero. Todo ello, junto con su influencia y trascendencia en la dirección de orquesta hasta nuestros días. El pequeño y sentido homenaje, al que hacía alusión, en el año del CCL aniversario de su nacimiento (1770-2020), desarrolla un recorrido importante sobre su producción sinfónica, cuartetos etc., y la influencia de su evolución compositiva e interpretativa para la formación del futuro director a la hora de consumar el "hecho directorial". El presente libro servirá para concienciarnos sobre esa "formación invisible" que debemos atesorar para seguir fortaleciendo y potenciando los principios fundamentales de respeto y dignidad hacia la "obra" a través de una profesión maravillosa: la dirección musical.
