Para evitar la suposición de que el Gobierno de Nicaragua, al solicitar la solución definitiva de toda cuestión referente al tratado de Managua, se propone únicamente ganar tiempo 6 eludir el pago, el Gobierno está dispuesto a consignar en el Banco de Inglaterra la cantidad de treinta mil ochocientos cincuenta y nueve pesos tres centavos -03) de que se trata, para que el Gobierno británico pueda entrar en posesión de esta suma desde el momento en que toda cuestión haya sido resuelta por medio del arbitraje.
