Publisher's Synopsis
Ejituru, an eighteen-year-old girl, was just admitted to university. She dreamed of fulfilling her wish to live in America and obtain a medical degree. Her wish to live in America was fulfilled when her father forced her into an arranged marriage with an older man from her village who was an immigrant in America. This story is about her struggle to achieve her second dream - obtaining a medical degree.
