About the Authors Thomas Kubiszyn is currently Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Houston. He is a member of the American Psychological Association s Committee on Psychological Tests and Assessments, and is their representative to the Joint Committee on Testing Practices. Gary Borich is currently Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. His research areas include applied data analysis, program evaluation, and teaching effectiveness.
