With diamonds becoming a significant commodity in the international market, it becomes reason for the conflict due to interest in making use of the diamond resources of Sierra Leone. The devastation of the economy is one of the most severe problems that hamper the provisions of civil service and the development of the quality of life among Sierra Leone citizens.
