The author of Easy as Hell Dinner Party Cookbook is the owner and proprietor of the Cox Roosevelt Inn, a small, friendly and very exclusive restaurant on 160 acres called Stone Wall Farm in Reedsville, West Virginia. Chef Bill opened this small business as an extension of his beloved hobby, cooking for friends and family.
