William R. Bjorkman was born and raised in West Virginia. The author of Easy as Hell Dinner Party Cookbook is the owner and proprietor of the Cox Roosevelt Inn, a small, friendly and very exclusive restaurant on 160 acres called Stone Wall Farm in Reedsville, West Virginia. Chef Bill opened this small business as an extension of his beloved hobby, cooking for friends and family. Overtime, Bill discovered how easy it is to cook great meals for a crowd and he decided to share some of his favorite recipes. Bill approached Mike Cilella to shoot photos for the cookbook, a partnership was formed and Mike became the contributing editor- photographer to Bill's first edition of the Easy as Hell Dinner Party Cookbook. Together they have created easy to make, savory meals for a crowd that you can prepare ahead to enjoy your guests and your party!
