If any man is in Christ, says the Apostle Paul, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Cor. V. We ask attention to the plainness and strength of this language, a new creature. But, strong as the words are, they do not convey the full meaning of the original, which is, a new creation. That is to say, he who is in Christ is creat ed again; and, lest the words may fail to be apprehended, the idea is further expressed.
